How do those unique life experiences and perspectives give you an untapped advantage?
In what way can uncertainty create a space for potential and opportunity?
If exploration leads to discovery and discovery implies something previously unknown, then exploration should be the purpose of every question. And if that question regards your life, how do we explore you?
If reality is a matter of perspective, then if we change our perspective, how does that impact reality?
Where do our preconceived, unconscious narratives come from, what purpose did they serve, how are they serving us now, and how do we consciously rewrite those narratives then live into them with intention?

Oh, wait...Frequently Asked Questions should be those you ask of me. Here you go!
What is your specialty?
Productivity Optimization ~ ensuring that you are managing your fullest potential, utilizing all of the resources at your disposal, and perceiving all possible perspectives to make the best decisions.
Career Fulfillment ~ tapping into your core values, what drives you, and how you uniquely express them to align who you are with what you do, establishing fulfillment in your life.
Professional Collaboration ~ better understanding yourself and those who you work with to develop and enhance collaboration, propelling your team toward a common objective.
Organizational Alignment ~ gaining clarity on an organization’s purpose and values, then establishing how the individuals within the organization contribute uniquely to this and, in turn, how the organization allows each individual to fulfill their purpose and core values.
Teaming ~ transforming your group of individuals into a cohesive team by establishing psychological safety, teaching effective communication, engaging in healthy conflict over unhealthy peace, and learning about the why of the individuals and how they relate to that of the team and the organization as a whole.
What is the process of coaching like?
Hiring a good coach is like hiring a good tour guide in a foreign country. You don't want them telling you what to do and when to do it (that's consulting) and you don't want them to be following you around (that's sycophancy). Good coaching is mostly asking open-ended questions about you and your agenda, listening, being curious together, and guiding you through the places you decide to explore. It is very much a professional partnership in which we both inevitably grow in the process.
Where do we do the coaching?
Coaching is most often done remotely. This can be through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, or telephone. These digital platforms allow us to easily meet anywhere in the world at any time and are easy to use. This allows us to see as well as hear each other, which is valuable in the coaching session. Face-to-face coaching is rarer and under unique conditions that make it highly valuable for all involved. When working with organizations, it is more common to be on-site a number of times throughout the year.
What value do I really get from your coaching for the cost?
Time is a non-renewable resource and when I am with you, we are committing portions of our lives to be spent in the company of one another for your agenda, and for that, my fee partially reflects the value of that irretrievable time spent in the service of your fulfillment. And of course, the greatest value is in designing and living into the future you most want and most need. What you want is in the domain of what you know you don't know and is easy to achieve; however, what you need is usually in the domain of what you don't know you don't know and this is the deeper value that generates truly worthwhile outcomes most yearned for. I focus on exploring your agenda with you in a way that shifts your perspectives, challenges their preconceptions, and holds you accountable to yourself.
Do you take referrals?
Yes, I welcome referrals and, if we fit as a coach/coachee dynamic and our schedules can align, I am more than happy to discuss coaching possibilities. In fact, for every referral you make that turns into a client, you receive 50% off an entire cycle of coaching!
